This is definitely a scam. Who lists mileage that accurately? It should read 123K or 123 or 123,000

Also, who in Maine drives a sedan. It’s a pickup and suv state.

Is this a “ car for your daughter” candidate?

The Aleros aren’t bad, I had a Navy buddy who had one and it served him well for a long while. It appears this one has the Ecotec 4 banger - the GL trim could be had with the optional 3.4L V6 but that engine has fuel cutoff at 6,000 RPM and the dash picture is showing a 6, 200 RPM redline, so I’m thinking E cotec. They are good running little engines.

Then did a walk around and got interior pics too. The car sold, so who knows, maybe this works?!

I had one as a rental car for two weeks in 2001 ish. Seemed to be lots of fun for a rental.

Or in hindsight,  I was young and got to tool around in a car much newer than my 1986 Celica.

Sorta. Better to get lower, keep your shadow out of it, and turn the car at some point so half of it isn’t in shadow when taking photos of that side.

To me the lack of engine listing shows someone who knows nothing about cars, so likely a car that wasn’t taken care of.

I know it’s not always the case, but when I ask you what motor it is, your response had better not be “it’s the V6".

Well they had 3 of them in this model so which one? “Idk”.

It usually says on the motor. “Oh, well I can’t look”.

Oh, well apparently you don’t actually want to sell it then.

They’re pretty hardy motors. Not real quick, but decent/reliable/efficient.

Seems the owner is very honest about it and it’s needs as well, which is always a huge plus.
